A great book! Perfect if you want to build your vocabulary. It will be a difficult read if you're not used to reading this style, but The Scarlet Letter is very beneficial! Personally I thought the writing was beautiful, and I would recommend this book if you like classics. (Just make sure to have a dictionary on hand for some of the big words)

i think that this book is very good, the plot is amazing and it might start with a long intro but it ends up showing you how the narrarator stumbled upon the story of the main character. the words can be tricky but thats fine you just have to keep a dictionary in hand or read arround them. the drama gets kinda crazy near the end. i didnt read the kids version though i read the 4000 page version.
What I thought of it: Well, I haven't finished it and I'm not sure if I'm going to. The plot is beyond stupid. So is everything else. I pretty much just skimmed some parts because it was just them going on and on about nothing. And I couldn't understand some of what they were saying, but I expected that. Overall, it's not good.
