This book was amazing! It was, infact, very different from the first couple books in the series, but still good. It was full of death, saspence, and lots of action. I would recommend it for 10+. But PLEASE, PLEASSSSSSSSSE, read the first books before reading this one. SPOILER: Wouldn't recommend this book if you like Finnick from the preveas book. Or Presidant Snow
best review ever
I loved it!!!!!
*DO NOT READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU DONT WANT SPOILERS* This book.. Everything has changed from the first book. Everyone's either dead or dying, and the peol!e who aren't dead are either in hiding or in captivity. It really captures the pure evil and cruelty of President Snow. *SPOILER* Honestly, im glad he was killed at the end. *ANOTHER SPOILER* And President Coin, too. She... She had issues.
Anger. Sadness. Fear. Power. The Mockingjay must survive. When Katniss Everdeen returns to district 12 after her second Hunger Games, there is no district 12. She is forced to move underground to district 13. Follow Katniss' adventures in this exciting, page-turner of a book, as she fights against the government in the rebellion she herself began with a single shoot of an arrow. Her lover, Peeta Mellark, has been taken by the Capitol, and Katniss, her heart broken, may not agree to be a symbol of the rebellion, a Mockingjay for the rebels of Panem. The people of Panem are fighting for their lives in war. Katniss encounters death, sadness, and in the end, triumph, for after losing so much, so many loved ones, her enemy is dead. You really should read this book, it is one of my favorites. There are some scary parts and many deaths (I won't tell who) including the murder of one of the most loved people in her life, but the first half is mostly ok. I would read this whole series over and over again and not get tired of it. I greatly compliment Suzanne Collins for writing such a great series of books. I hope Katniss Everdeen has good luck throughout the whole series.
Katniss and everyone are in great danger, ever since the Capitol's revenge to the rebellion by burning down District 12. Now preparing for battle in District 13, Katniss has agreed to become "The Mockingjay", or in other words- the representative of the rebellion against the capitol. But though the grief isn't already enough; someone Katniss loves very much is in the Capitol's hands and they're not the same after. Join Katniss one last time as the fights are fighted, hearts are broken, and Katniss's world is torn apart and she tried it fix it- one mockingjay at a time. Collin's last book brings sorrow and sadness but also a slimmer of hope for ending the horrid war against the Capitol. Happy reading!
This book is a great read! It has a lot of action and might be a bit scary for younger kids but it is very enjoyable!!
SO GOOD
This book is a great and sad ending to the series of Hunger Games. every chapter leaves you with needing more information. The story is much more riveting and intense as the war deepens and the plot becomes thicker. Please read!
A book that gives the perfect introduction to the world of hunger games! You really have to read it! For real!
