Well, we know we are not pros at this or anything, but we do have and opinion. We can speak our mind and tell our opinion on a article if we please. But you do have somewhat of a point.

Wow! I think that they should have called, it would only take a minute or 2, she had to pay for him but he didn't show up. But on the other hand, if someone doesn't show up to a birthday party... they shouldn't throw a fit and charge them $25, I mean, it is a kids birthday! And for them to threaten them that they would take them to court, a little much for a little boy's birthday party. But that is just my opinion.

Well I mean, he had to go to his grandparents' house so What if it was really important, like if they could only c them once a year or they live on the other side of the Earth, like my grandmother, then I would surely miss a party to go see my grandma... but you never know what the situation is so... those were just some examples

...five years old...I would have asked for the money back...I think...but the way that lady handled it was ridiculous! Poor kid...and the court stuff? This is insane. But I think the parents do NOT have to pay. Sometimes I wish money didn't exist.
