I think that this book is truly a glimpse into the life of a struggling teen. The Perks of Being A Wallflower is a heartfelt, beautiful story that I believe everyone should read.

This book shows that having cancer isn't the end of the world....... but, just a complication in life. It's not depressing, it just has some sad highlights. It shows that true love can really exist in a tough as nails world.

This story shows the life of a struggling teenage girl who wonders if life is really worth living. These tapes were what she left behind. A guy that liked her as much as she liked him listens to these tapes in agony, anger, sadness, & confusion. This book encourages people to live their lives and says to keep holding on, that it gets better in more ways than you can possibly imagine.

I found the title to be misleading, that the writer had no clue what she was writing, & that I still loved the story and all of the things along with it. It has many flashbacks, though which can distract a reader from the task at hand. Should something like this ever happen to me, I would write about it in as much detail and emotion as possible. I know that there is such a slim possibility of this happening to me, but I know that no matter what, whether it was true or not, it pulled at heartstrings I didn't know I had.

As much as I love all her books, I found that this one was the cherry on the chocolate cake. It has so much more than romance, it has suspense, reality, & the most amazing story line ever.
