Hatchet: this book is good if you like suspense and and the outdoors by the way there will be spoilers ahead of this review. Brian shows integrity and power that he can do it but in the begging brain just ate berries and did nothing waiting to be rescued this is where most of the spoilers are so stop reading if you haven't read the book. In the beginning it showed Brian as a city boy going to Canada to see his dad but then the pilot had a heart attack so he crashed. Again there are massive spoilers as I go on. Then Brian got together and started to survive my favorite part of this book is when Brain saw the pilot's head was just a skull but then he remembered that fish had to eat and they were always next to the plain and they were eating the piolet and the fish he ate was eating the pilot. Over all this I think this is an amazing book that you should read. If you only watched the movie you should read the book. Also I think brains parents dont care that much about him they only looked for two months gave up on him easily. Brain is the type of kid that doesn't give up easily he is the person who will ever give up.
