grizzly bears are already kind of endangered, but there is no endangered list for rare colorations of animals. white grizzly bears are rare, and even if this white grizzly has babies, they most likely wont be even partly white.

its not a polar bear, Canada is too warm for a polar bear and the article outright states that it is not a polar bear. polar bears have a different body shape and fur shape than grizzlies anyways.
