How many are there in the world?

Where are they that is my one question?

I think NASA can plant on the moon because they have a protection around the plants. If NASA gets better technology then the plants can live on the moon, also since the Sun reflects light the plants can live.

I like how many lights he used (331,038 lights). I wounder how long it took him to set all up? Where did he get all the money from for those lights?
