You should read "Cry Woof" because in every chapter you see it from different points of view. The biggest suspect is really a RED HERRING!! It will have you on the edge of your seat because there are very big turning points and many red herrings. Every clue is related to a common object and two main suspects would be Erica Bloom and Bill Heinz, both neighbors of the victim. These are the reasons why you should read Cry Woof!
