Kitty In A Suitcase

This little kitty decided that she needed an adventure and hid inside the luggage of her owner, Seth Levy. However, what happened next was more than even she had bargained for.

It all happened last Friday, when Seth left for a trip to Fort Worth, Texas. When his wife Kelly, returned home she could not find 10-month old Gracie Mae. She and her father looked everywhere, even pulling out bathroom tiles and a part of a cabinet, to see if she had snuck into the "crawl" space.

Frantic, they created "lost kitty" posters with Gracie Mae's picture and distributed them all over the neighborhood. The following day just as they were losing hope, Kelly got a call from a complete stranger from Fort Worth, Texas, asking her if she had lost her kitty!

Apparently Rob Carter (the stranger who called), had been on the same flight as Seth Levy and had mistaken Seth's suitcase for his own and taken it home. When he opened it, he got the biggest scare of his life when the brown-eyed tabby jumped out. Luckily, the little cat was wearing a collar with her name and phone number, allowing Rob to contact Kelly.

Gracie Mae was re-united with Seth at the airport and flew home with him, this time as a legitimate passenger with an $80 ticket. Wonder if she got a time-out for her escapade.
