While attempting to cover up his true feelings, Woe must face his own fears along with a crew of anxiety-provoking creatures, including a frigidly nasty creature called, The Icemaker! Along the way, with the help of his friends such as Super "The Confident" and Mixy "The Confused", Woe learns to identify, express and regulate his fears and anxiety. He learns that emotional expression is important and that feelings are always changing!

This is a great book for kids like me who worry about everything. It uses emotes to explain how you can work on getting over your fears. I don't think it helped me get over my fears, but the story was really good and the pictures are really cute and it makes sense. I just have a lot of worries is all.
