When Elvis was a young boy his parents where very protective . Why? Because his mom had twins and elvis's twin brother didn't make it. His parents always encouraged his love of music . even though money was tight they bought Elvis a guitar 🎸 on his birthday . You'll have to read the story to find out everything! I recommend this book to all ages and I rate this book 5/5stars .it was a great book!-Pizzagirl7😘

Have not read it but I really want to get it because I love his music.
This was a good book! I loved reading about how Elvis became a famous singer, and I learned a lot about him. The illustrations and details are great! Now I know that “Heartbreak Hotel” was the first song he recorded!!
This was a good book! I really enjoyed reading about Elvis Presley, and how he became a famous singer during the 1950s! This book had many interesting facts that I never knew! Now I know that the first song he recorded was “Heartbreak Hotel!!!” I love The Who Was series!
I heard about him because last semesters, my teacher was telling my classmates and I about him and how he became a singer. I wish I could time travel because I really want to learn more about him.
I cant wait
Love,love,love,love! great book!
I loved this book! It is about the famous singer that lived in the 1900's... ELVIS PRESLEY! It was really cool for me to learn about someone I didn't know a lot about. At Elvis's concerts, some kids liked his outfits so much they wanted to dress like him. But their parents said no because they were not appropriate. His life was said because he was born in the Great Depression. His life was said because his family was really poor. I would recommend the Who Was? Books
I loved this book! It was about the famous singer in the 1900's... ELVIS PRESLEY! It was really cool for me to learn something about a singer I knew nothing about. Then I realized that Elvis's history was really cool. At Elvis's concerts, some of the kids thought his outfits were really cool so they wanted to dress like them but their parents wouldn't let them because they thought the outfits were not appropriate. He was also born in the Great Depression. The Great Depression was really sad and his life was sad because his family was poor. I would recommend all of the Who Was? Books.
