A boy washes up on shore of the coast of Wales with a beautiful woman. He has no memory of his past, but the woman claims to be his mother. He is injured in a fire and loses his sight but soon discovers that he has a second sight and it can help him see more than his eyes. His second sight may also be able to help him find answers to the questions he has about who he is and where he came from. He returns to the coast where he first arrived and builds a raft and begins a journey to a magical land that is the bridge between this world and the next. His powers may be the key to saving that magical land as well as his own life.
