Book four in the blockbuster Maze Runner series that spawned a movie franchise and ushered in a worldwide phenomenon! And don’t miss The Fever Code, the highly-anticipated series conclusion that finally reveals the story of how the maze was built!

Before WICKED was formed, before the Glade was built, before Thomas entered the Maze, sun flares hit the earth, killing most of the population.
Mark and Trina were there when it happened. They survived. But now a virus is spreading. A virus that fills humans with murderous rage.
They’re convinced that there’s a way to save those who are left—if they can stay alive. Because in this new, devastated world, every life has a price. And to some you’re worth more dead than alive.
The end is only the beginning.

The Maze Runner and Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials are now major motion pictures featuring the star of MTV's Teen Wolf, Dylan O’Brien; Kaya Scodelario; Aml Ameen; Will Poulter; and Thomas Brodie-Sangster. The third movie, Maze Runner: The Death Cure, will hit screens in 2018.

Some people say that this book isn't as good as the others in the series, and I disagree with that. This book has many surprise twists and is a very cool look at during and right after the sun flares as opposed to 10+ years in the future. You also get the backstory of a character in Maze Runner, and how the virus (the flare) spread. I would recommend this book to anyone who liked the Maze Runner trilogy. 5/5!

I always read fiction and thats ok because I find so many books that I love. I didn't like this one as much as I liked the other ones It just wasn't as good.

I agree with gtaylor505. This book was terrible on so many levels and was my least favorite in the series. It had barely any character development and it didn't get deep into developing the character before the character died off. I wouldn't recommend this book.

This book was a disappointment in many ways. It's a prequel to the Maze Runner series, and I didn't think it was very good. Even worse than the rest of the series, this book had little if any character development or real emotion in it. I wouldn't recommend you read this book.

POOKA POOKA

i want trina and alec to be together they are my otp!!!!!! :D

It is great. It is very scary and gory, but the story is wonderful and for die hard fans it is amazing.

This one is even better.😇😮

Ooh, a prequel... I love the plot in most story prequels - I don't think this one can possibly be an exception. :)

you should really check it out
