Sunny is a girl who moved to her grandpa in Florida. Her brother is in a military camp for boys. She really missed her family. It made her very sad to eat at the dinner table with an empty seat. It hurt to think about her big brother. She meets a friend who is obsessed with comic-books. Then Sunny discovers a HUGE secret. Is she prepared?
Sunny is going through A lot , she is starting middle school and she is missing her brother Dale that got sent to boarding school for doing bad stuff. Good things happen though , like that a new neighbor moved in and sunny is starting to be friends with her . But when Dale comes home to visit he is different. This was an interesting book. You should read it if you like graphic novels. I really liked how she tried to stay positive during the story. I got hooked on it. Please read it, it's so good.
After an awesome summer it's finally over and that leaves sunny with middle school it's a rollercoaster of ride for sunny during school she misses her brother Dale that got sent away to boarding school for doing bad things .but when she got to visited him he came to home or Christmas and she gave him a pet rock.later when he went back to padding school she went him a blanket for the pet rock and his heart was warmed😁☺☺ they have a good relationship but he is still in boarding school slot of other stuff happens but I'm not going to spoil it all for yall!I rate this book 5/5!

it was pretty good. it is about a girl really missing her brother.
This book was very good. I would recommend reading the series in order. The book was a quick read but had good lessons and is a very good book.
This book is a great book. Its about a family that sends their child to a boarding school. They really miss him and over the holidays they figure out that he is a changed man. Soon Sunny finds out that she loves and misses her brother but she doesn't like when he is around because he causes fights when with family.
I enjoyed the first book in the series more than this one, but it was still good. If you wan't to read this book, start with Sunny Side Up. (Te first book in the series)
