I absolutely LOVE this series! Out of the three books, I say that Mockingjay is the best, but the other two come close! Wonderful read.

In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by twelve outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV. Sixteen-year-old Katniss Everdeen, who lives alone with her mother and younger sister, regards it as a death sentence when she is forced to represent her district in the Games. But Katniss has been close to dead before - and survival, for her, is second nature. Without really meaning to, she becomes a contender. But if she is to win, she will have to start making choices that weigh survival against humanity and life against love.
New York Times bestselling author Suzanne Collins delivers equal parts suspense and philosophy, adventure and romance, in this searing novel set in a future with unsettling parallels to our present.

This book was ok. I don't really understand why everyone loves it. It was very boring and drawn out. It was very violent and unrealistic. I do not believe it would ever happen. If you go on to pbskids.org sesame street made fun of the Hunger Games and made a game called the Hungry Games. Cookie monster is trying to find the banana while wearing a Katniss wig. If you think about it, this book is ridiculously far-fetched. It is pretty much reading about adults watching kids kill each other.
OKAY, Great book! I read it in 2 days! Trust my you'll be adiccited!! Such a cliff hanger... A defint Must read.
I think you really liked this book because you read this book in 2 days

A little strange you read each book in two days. Are both books similar? Cause you wrote the same review for each book.

I really wan't to read this book I wan't to compare it to the movie.Plus i just really like hunger games.
I'll admit, I'm not usually the 'dystopian teen-fiction' type, but Suzanne Collins blew us all away with The Hunger Games. (I'm SO glad it wasn't another: "OMG, we love our government and way of life! Oh wait, no we don't. Let's rebel!" You know the ones.) She spun an amazing tale of hate, hope, and love that left us all wanting more. Five stars.
