In a fast-paced adventure novel, Suzanne Collins writes a book that will get readers hooked. What I thought about it: I really enjoyed this book. There is so much action and suspense that it is hard to put down. The plot is really well-written, and the characters are very unique. I love dystopian books, and I am sad that I have put this book off for so long. Dystopian is one of my favorite genres because of the fantasy and creative new worlds that the authors create. The hunger games seem so surreal, but the author made it seem real with the world of Panem that she created. I can not wait to read the next two books. I just saw the movie, and it was really great compared to the book. They left out some minor things, but you can’t be exact to the book; then the movie would be too long. I can’t wait to see Catching Fire!

this is the best book I have ever read, it is sad heartwarming and adventure packed all at the same time
I am reading Catching Fire now and I think that the books are in a very intriguing setting: a girl in the middle of a world divided and conquered by a powerful government that uses a deadly game as entertainment.
I really think its really fun because you learn more words and it has adventures. thx
