- This is a book in the baby sitters club series written by Ann M. Martin. I really liked this book, it was really insightful and different from the rest of the series. This book is about Mary Anne, and how after helping an old lady in her neighborhood who sprained her ankle in exchange for sewing lessons, Mary Anne starts to feel as if she is being taken advantage of. Will shy Mary Anne be able Ms. Towne? Read the book to find out! I totally recommend this book!Happy Reading!
