My personal rating is a 2 star because horror books aren't exactly my kind, and it was kind of boring. Though, its very mysterious and interesting, so this book was okay. Its about a city which is being visited by unfriendly guests-ghosts, monster and other things which they have to stop the monsters from invading.

This is really creepy, but really cool
I earned this book off of Dogo Books and have been in love with it ever since! If you're someone who enjoys a nice creepy book, this book is definitely for you! It's full of suspense and is absolutely terrifying at some points in the book.
I got this book last year in the Summer Reading Program. It was an enjoyable mystery-creepy book. It kept me hooked till the last page. I recommend it!!!

Kids are the only ones who can see those ghosts.... They aren't friendly..... And that is how it all begins. A group is formed with a difficult task of defeating those monsters.
The screaming staircase is about a girl named Lucy. It is set in London, and all around there are ghosts with bad intentions, but only kids can see them! It starts out with a ghost in a house and after they catch the ghost, the story goes back to when Lucy was young and when she started to work at Lockwood. I love this book! It is really good!
After London is overcome by ghosts, Lucy Carlyle and Anthony Lockwood hunt them down. Only children are capable of detecting ghosts in this parallel city. Taking on the most haunted house in London may be their biggest challenge yet.
In old England, there was a problem. There were ghosts everywhere! And even scarier, they can torch-er you! Only kids can see these ghosts, and this is story of one of the ghost catching businesses.
This is a great book! It's awesome for those who like to be entertained in a spooky way (me!). Don't just keep reading the review, read the book! P.S: It's awesome to read this during Halloween at night. It'll get your adrenaline running!
