I give diary of a wimpy the getaway 5 stars because in the middle of the book greg and his family goes on a trip and when they get there the first thing they do is go on a banana canoe and they go in the ocean then thier is a trampalein in the middle of the ocean and kids are targeting them to hit gregs family.

so this diary of a wimpy kid book by jeff kenny is funny when manny scrubs a pair of greg`s dad`s underwear🤣and greg is SURE that manny used rodrick`s TOOTHBRUSH and greg wanted to have fun but thanks to the SPIDER,STOMAH TROBLES,AND SUN POISONING ruined the fun😂 and at least Greg`s dad TRIED to kill the spider with the bathrobe and didn`t . and i thoght it`s HALARIOS🤣🤣 and scary😞 when the spider encounters and when the boat sailer talked about the DEADLY creatures in the water. i think this is for 2nd graders and up
I really like this book. Diary of a Wimpy Kid Getaway is about Greg and his tired family, who decide to spend Christmas on a tropical island. Greg dissagrees with the desition, but goes along with anyway. Rainy weather, delayed plane rides,and scared little brother ruin just the way there. Plus, it all gets worse when they get to the island. Rodricks meets a girl, Giant spiders enter the picture, and a box jelly fish gets in the pool, maybe something will actually turn out right for Greg and his family.
Diary of a wimpy kid is a book that is about a kid named Greg who looks forward to things but it turns out to be wrong. In the getaway they are going on vacation, they thought they were going to be late but the airplane was delayed.
I think this book is great because it´s funny, and entertaining. I would recommend this book to anybody who likes books that are funny.
