This is the start of Greg's life in middle school and how he just wants to have a new friend. He goes threw different things that give him a new imagination of life in middle school this counts as the CHEESE TOUCH.
I love this book also Jeff Kinney is amazing at writing books he captures the life of a middle school student.

The author is very funny and I would recommend this book to ages 6-12. Hilarious! All of his ideas are very original. You should definitely read this book.

This book is awesome especially the part when he thought about bringing his candy to H.F and when he STOLE manny's baby wipes that's hilarious
Retro is just so not Greg Heffley's vibe. Black-and-white pictures, garage bands, and especially a lack of electronic devices are a big no-no for Greg. He's perfectly happy with a color TV, baby wipes, and all the comfortable features of the modern-day world. So, naturally, Greg is completely perplexed as to why his mom would want people to sign a petition for a No-Electronics Weekend, or why people would want to go on the school day camp trip. What's the fun of things without devices? But when an unexpected event that will get Greg into horrible trouble with his dad takes place, Greg decides to attend his school trip to a farm. This is one is a really funny one. It talked about school more then the others in my opinion. Boy tend to like this series more.
Old School is about a kid named Greg whose parents want him to experience what they experienced when they were kids. Greg likes staying indoors, however his parents have other plans for him. His mom does a petition to get people to do things the old way. The book starts with Greg and his best friend Rowley doing a lemonade business that did not turn out so well. This book was funny, and I recommend it to comedy readers, and also people who enjoy the other Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, and the Dork Diaries series. I rate it 5/5.
