Greg Heffley is not willing to be the odd man out.

A dance at Greg's middle school has everyone scrambling to find a partner, and Greg is determined not to be left by the wayside. So he concocts a desperate plan to find someoneβ€”anyone!β€”to go with on the big night.

But Greg's schemes go hilariously awry, and his only option is to attend the dance with his best friend, Rowley Jefferson, and a female classmate as a "group of friends." But the night is long, and anything can happen along the way. Who will arrive at the dance triumphantly, and who will end up being the third wheel?

I've read all the books! Have you read Old School yet?

This book is about a teenager named Greg Heffley, and this book is his diary. In this diary, The Third Wheel, Greg writes about how his school is having a Valentine Party so he wants to find a date. However, Greg is not so popular at school, and it's a challenge for him to find some girl quick. So Greg decides to ask Rowley for help. But eventually, the girl chose Rowley instead of Greg. This leads to more trouble between Rowley and Greg's friendship, and Greg is left alone without a date. I really enjoyed reading this book because it talks about middle school friendship a lot and I could totally relate to not only Greg, but other characters in this book too. I really recommend this book to people who like reading about friendship and love.

It is cool when I read it πŸ‘

When a motorcross-wrestling event gets morphed into a valentine's dance, will Greg man up to ask someone, or will he just hang around with Rowley?
