It’s a new kind of book for Babymouse! Fans of Dork Diaries, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and James Patterson’s Middle School books, this is going to be epic. . . .

For Babymouse, middle school is like a monster movie. You can never be sure who’s a friend and who’s an enemy, and the halls are filled with mean-girl zombies. Instead of brains, the zombies hunger for stuff—the perfect wedge sandals or the right shade of sparkly lip gloss—and they expect everyone to be just like them.

But Babymouse doesn’t want to fit in—she wants to stand out! So she joins the film club to write and direct a sweeping cinematic epic. Will making the film of her dreams turn into a nightmare?

Thanks to Babymouse, middle school gets schooled in this hilarious new series from bestselling authors Jennifer L. Holm and Matthew Holm.

Babymouse was a nice book to read. It's about the titular Babymouse, most popular for her graphic novels about her in elementary school, taking on middle school. She talks about how she wants to stand out in middle school but doesn't know how. Then, she joins the film club with all of her friends. She becomes the director of the movie that will debut at the middle school later on in the year. She takes on difficult tasks, like her diva actress or the insufficient setting, to make the movie of her dreams. But when she starts acting like a diva, her movie falls apart. She tries to save the movie, but she's not sure how. This book has good themes but the ending wasn't satisfying.

The baby mouse is a book that I have read that I have enjoyed for a long time. the grafic novel series of this book is great!

Babymouse is always a fun book that I like to read. It's very funny how she interacts with what happens. Ive read this one and is waiting for the next!

I love Babymouse so much!! These are always SOOOO funny! If you ever just need to cheer up and laugh, this is a GREAT book to do just that!

Baby mouse is a great story about her in life. I really enjoyed this book because i read her other comic books! i also feel bad for her when she gets bullied by other girls. And also the like the locker for always cracking me up!

This book is okay it's not really a type of book that I like.... although there are some good parts... In general I don't really like the plot or the twists of the book, some people will disagree because my friend said it was a good book.... but I don't mean to be Mean to someone....it's just I didn't really like the book..

I like this book because this is a time where baby mouse can finally shine... or can she?

As a big brother, I’ve seen my brother read a lot of great books, but was unsure about Babymouse. It seemed a little too “high energy” , but after reading this story, my prejudice has completely changed. In this book, Babymouse is making the transition from elementary school to middle school. After a lot of locker trouble and such, she finds out that there is a drama club at her school. She is then tasked by the leading teacher of drama club to be the director of a play, and has no idea what to do. But throughout the book, she brings her closest friends, and makes a movie, which she learns is a true adventure. I like doing this story, but recommend to 4th graders and below because the plot may become boring to readers my age, though I liked it. I found it cool how it portrayed things middle schoolers like me can relate to, such as locker troubles. I saw this book as amazing, and I found it funny, through the whole entire plot.

I am half way through this book and I love it! The cute cartoons and pictures in the book are so cute and cool to look at. They really bring the book together. I have read other Babymouse books and I really really like this! Its really funny and Humorous!! I recommend this everyone!

I like that the characters are all different kinds of animals. Babymouse is a mouse but she goes to school with a cat, a bear, a giraffe, a poodle, and a bat. She joins the movie making club and she is the writer and director of their movie. I like Babymouse but the story wasn't the most interesting. I enjoyed reading it but this is not a book I would buy.
