    Hi All I see a lot of confusion about consent forms - It's still not too late to send it in via email to editor@dogonews.com if you are a prize winner and received the e-mail that we need a consent - so please do so as soon as possible

      Sad thing is... I couldn't participate in this summer reading because how do you sign the parent consent? My mom typed my name, age, nickname and stuff but how to you sign it???? Ican't participate in summer reading or free giveaways....ㅠㅠ (crying face)

        Print out the consent, write down the info in pen, and scan and email it!

          You can print out the consent form, fill out the blanks, scan it/take a picture, and email it to DOGO News.

          I didn't know how to do it either and I'm still not sure I did it right, but my mom didn't sign the form until we got an email from @editor that said we had to sign it so I could receive a prize :) and that was just 2 days ago, but I thought I needed to sign it at the start of the summer, so I didn't know if I'd get a prize. I'm sorry you couldn't do it though :(
