      Dear Editor, I signed up for the Summer Reading Program and I accidentally said i was homeschooled and I forgot to fill out my address how do I fix this? Another question, I'm 16, would I need my parents to fill out a form for me to win books?

        that's fine - it doesn't really matter - but we defintily need the parental consent form signed by a parent

          You ask your parents to fill out the form that basically says "Yes, I'm cool with DOGObooks using our address to send me books", and then you read 3 books, write reviews on them, and you get one free book! You can repeat this 20 times to get 20 books(although that is probably very hard because you have to read 60 books and write reviews on them)! Hopefully, you can read lots of new good books and expand your personal library a bit! Have fun reading!

                the prizes come to you by mail which is the reason you need to make sure we have a signed parental consent
