It was good! I like how girls are smart and confident in this book.
Izzy Newton and the S.M.A.R.T. Squad: Absolute Hero (Book 1)
By Tripp, Valerie
A crowded new school and a crazy class schedule is enough to make Izzy feel dizzy. It may be the first day of middle school, but as long as her best friends Allie Einstein and Charlie Darwin are by her side, Izzy knows it'll all be okay. However, first-day jitters take an icy turn when Izzy's old pal Marie Curie comes back to town. Instead of a warm welcome, Marie gives her former pal the cold shoulder. The problems pile up when the school's air-conditioning goes on the fritz and the temperature suddenly drops to near freezing. The adults don't seem to have a clue how to thaw out the school. Cold temperatures and a frigid friendship? Izzy has had enough of feeling like an absolute zero. She rallies the girls to use their brainpower and science smarts to tackle the school's chilly mystery ... and hopefully to fix a certain frozen friendship along the way. Will the girls succeed and become the heroes of Atom Middle School?

I have read a little. It is so nice. I hope you enjoyed it more then me . If not continue to read it
A spellbinding tale of adventure, intelligence, friendship, and female empowerment is found in this book, Izzy Newton and the S.M.A.R.T. Squad: Absolute Hero! This short but sweet book follows Izzy Newton, a total STEM nerd entering Atom Middle School along with her best friends Charlie Darwin and Allie Einstein. The problem is, she's placed in the Forensics elective, and it's no secret that Izzy dreads public speaking. Worse even, the middle school's air conditioning and heating system have gone haywire, so the school building is absolutely freezing. Worst of all, Izzy's ex-best friend Marie Curie is back in town, and she's attending the same middle school! With everything going on in her life, it seems impossible to keep on top of things. Can Izzy solve the mystery of the school's rambunctious temperature, master the art of public speaking, and win an old friend back? Personally, I loved reading about Izzy's adventures and particular emotions and thoughts. This book is unique in the sense that it's not about the "trivial" factors of middle school, such as romance or petty drama, as many books often are—instead, the main focus is on five young, strong-willed girls set on improving the environment around them. This story is a perfect fit for any girl looking for a read that is out of the box, empowering, and an undeniably relatable telling of the middle school experience.
This book looks awesome! Never actually read the book yet (not including the preview), but the cover looks great! Five stars for creativity and convincing me to read it!!!
I really want to finish reading the book its already interesting
I like this book. It is really good at not all about crushes like most middle school books.
I don't know what this book is about but that girl (Izzy) stole my name!
Izzy Newton and the S.M.A.R.T Squad: Absolute Hero, was a pretty good book! Izzy and her friends are starting 6th grade aka, middle school. Izzy, also known as "Dizzy Izzy" for overthinking things, is very nervous. But making Izzy even nervouser is that her old best friend, Marie Curie is back. The school is FREEZING and Izzy and her friends are determined to find out why. But this mystery may need some new- and old friends. Friendship, middle school drama, and the S.M.A.R.T squad are going to rock this year! Happy reading!
