Beatifully written true story. It stretches straight into your heart so as you feel you are surviving right along with her. I would be liying if i told you i didn't cry. I would definitly recomend , but read with caution if you dont like these griping stories of true survivors.
As a class, we will be exploring the Holocaust and World War II. We will be reading, The Diary of Anne Frank as a class. We will delve into the world of this heroic thirteen year old and read about her bravery during the Holocaust. If the Diary of Anne Frank sounds appealing to you, you may want to read this book as well. I Have Lived A Thousand Years is about a tale of a young girl similar to Anne Frank who lived during the Holocaust.
