After failing to capture the Blue Dragon, Seur-Chong and his followers flee Mount Bak-Do to the safety of the country of Kaya. Once there, a mysterious female knight flying on a hotheaded dragon promises to inflict revenge on Tae-Rang.

Seur-Chong doesn't understand what's going on, but one thing's for sure - he is caught in the middle of yet another dragon-related drama...and there's going to be Hell to pay!
