Unravel some of the riddles of Stonehenge, one of the most famous and mysterious monuments in the world!

Where is Stonehenge? That's an easy question to answer. It sits on the Salisbury Plain in Southern England. But what is the meaning of these strange circles of stones? Was Stonehenge a religious site to honor the dead? Or a sacred place of healing? Or perhaps an astrological calendar? These are much harder questions to answer. However, in an engaging and easy-to-read account, True Kelley puts forth all theories—past as well as current ones—about Stonehenge and the people who four thousand years ago managed to build this amazing monument.

This book is about how Stonehenge was built and its interesting facts with it. It also talked about multiple people and how Stonehenge became what it is today. I related to this book by when I would help build with my dad . I gave it a 3/5 stars because it did get confusing when they would talk about who built it ;then the next part would be about who owns it.

If you like books about historic landmarks then this is the book for you. This book gives you all the information you need to know about Stonehenge and more. It tells you who made, why they made it, when they made it and how they made it. I give this book 4 stars because there was so much information that there might actually have been to much.
