That's cool! How long have you been playing soccer? I haven't ever played soccer.. I have tried baseball though! It gets really hot where I live though, so I like to swim in the summer.... Unfortunately we don't have a pool, so I won't be doing much of that this summer :( What languages are you learning with computer programming?

Hello! In this comment I'm going to tell you why I want this book. First of all, I love pretty much all National Geographic Kids books. I like the way the images help explain the text, and how much I can learn from each book. Next, I've only read one National Geographic Kids almanac before, but I really liked it. My favorite parts were the fun facts, but all the rest was great too! Thank you for reading my comment.

It's been sooo long since I've gotten on Dogobooks! I missed it! How is everyone? What will you be doing this summer stuck at home? I'll be reading a lot. At my local library, there's a summer reading program and if you read a book, go to an online library event, or "log fitness activity" your name gets entered to win a prize, so I'm going to be reading a LOT this summer. I'm also going to code. Does anyone else like to code? The languages I use are JavaScript, Ruby, HTML, and CSS. :)

I LOVE the Sisters Grimm. The first book is just as good as all the rest! Sabrina and her sister Daphne, who stay in an orphanage, are sent to live with a crazy old lady who says she's their grandmother. She cooks crazy food, lives in a messy house, and just acts weird in general. After trying to escape from their room, being found, having their window nailed shut, and more, Sabrina and Daphne discover that they're actually related to the brothers Grimm.

I love Nancy Drew mysteries, and this one is great as well! Nancy Drew is searching for a missing window which she read about in a newspaper. I like how the the characters in this book are intertwined, and even though in the beginning nothing seems to make sense, everything lines up in the end.

Little Women shows the fun, drama, and fear that the March sisters went through almost daily. Reading the book, you almost feel like you are experiencing the dramatic events with the family.

horseridinggirl's book review was featured in Anne of Avonlea (Second Book in the Anne of Green Gables Series.).
Anne of Avonlea is a great book. I think I may even like it better than Anne of Green Gables! This is a continuation of the previous book, Anne of Green Gables (but you probably knew that!) It's a beautiful, happy story. Anne becomes a teacher, and tries to make all her pupils happy with her and love her. Marilla also lets six year old twins, Davy and Dora, stay with herself and Anne. Davy is very mischievous, and runs into lots of troubles throughout the course of the story. There are lots of other moments in this book, that would be worth mentioning, but are better to read in L. M. Montgomery's own words!
