It was DEFINITELY VIOLENT, DEFINITELY SCARY, AND DEFINITLY NOT A BOOK FOR THE 5TH GRADER I WAS WHEN I First READ THIS. Nevertheless, not a bad read. I can't say it wasn't violent, but I guess You should know this is NOT a children's book. Definitely has a clear and well described setting (s) but the characters were a bit unclear at times. Okay. The first part was a bit boring to be honest, but at least not a repeat of the first one. The second part, however, is. In my opinion the thing that made the book 2 stars was because of the same violence as the first one, but if that is what your looking for, dig in! This book is medicore. I found myself dozing off. The plot is so cliche. These kids are so fake, this book just appeals to young children who don't know true literature.Over 7 years agolilmouselemur added a book review.
