I read this book because it was a page turner and I was so curious I wanted to know what would happen. This is about three children named Violet, Klaus, and Sunny they have a very unlucky life and are passed over to the hands of a relative named Count Olaf that is very greedy. It is up to the children to save their fortune, and on their journy they have a series of unfortunate events, will succseed or fail?

I thought this book was a page-turner, unfortunate, and sad. I thought this book was great but it wasn't my all time favorite. This book was about these three kids Violet Sunny and Klaus that have horrible things that happen to them. So they end up going to their relative Count Olaf and he treats them horrible. They want to leave so bad but they have no where else to live. But Count Olaf's neighbor Justice Strauss which they want to live with but they can't live with her cause their parents will said that they have to live with a relative. Now i'm going to stop here and there was more but this is petty much so ya it doesn't have a happy ending but if you were interested you should go read this right now and read the 2nd book. I do recommend this book and I would recommend watching the movie after you read the book then you can compare and contrast them if you want.

I decided to Read this book because it was a mystery book and I love mystery books.I recommend this this book because it was a page-turner, scary, predictable and it makes me speechless.I love this book because at the end Count Olaf makes Violet marry him but she tricks him by signing a city hall paper for marriage but your supposed to sign it with your regular hand but she signed it with her left hand.

A Series Of Unfortunate Events is about three children that have a bad beginning.This book was a page-turner, sad, funny, and amazing. I would recommend this book to a friend because it was a incredible and a amazing book.
