This is a book talking about a Mexican family trying to smuggle into the United States. In the story, dad falls into the river and gone, and mom was in injury, by gunshot. They couldn’t find their dad, and they can’t go to the hospital for her mom, they don’t know what to do. I choose this book is because, I want to know about their smuggle journey, how excited and dangerous. I was also curious about what happened after when they successfully get into the United states. I think this is a great book because it is interesting and tension. I think if you like this kind of book, you should definitely read this.
